Schools Out for Summer!

To some that is a favorite 70's anthem, but for most parents, grandparents and aunties/uncles out there, it means A LOT of free time for the little ones in your life.  When the weather is great, and you have a body of water close by, the answer to all that free time is clear.  But what happens when its sweltering or the clouds roll in, forcing you to take it inside?!  

Fear not, the team over here at GYFT timed the launch of our new Kids Fit line perfectly for this occasion!  And besides being adorable, it has been kid-tested and mom-approved to keep the kiddies entertained and (even better) to burn off the energy that seems to stockpile the minute they have to move indoors.  Check out the workout we put together and watch the video to see us put it to the test!


Warm Up:
  • 10x Jumping jacks
  • 10x Toe touches
  • High knees
  • 5x Frog jumps/crab walk/bear crawl
  • Bench press
  • Bicep curls/lunges
  • Red light, green light
    • Bike ride
    • Elliptical

    • Rower
    • Trampoline

  • Down dog
  • Up dog
  • Child’s pose
  • Savasana
