Skipping Breakfast

Don't skip breakfast, your body needs fuel to start the day. Skipping meals could lead to unhealthy eating later on in the day.

The cyclical loss and gain of weight can do major damage to your metabolism.

Not Drinking Enough Water

This is very important. Not only does drinking two liters of water per day increase your metabolism, it also is good for your skin and can keep you from becoming fatigued.

Hot Drinks

Try and eliminate hot caffeinated drinks and replace with green tea or matcha which are known to speed up your metabolism.

Your Sleep

A good night's sleep is very important. Bad sleep can lead to unhealthy cravings during the day.

Sitting Down

Spend more time on your feet, if possible get a standing desk at work, so your not sitting down all day.

The Same Workout Routine

Switch up your exercise routine, it will challenge your body in different ways, and keep burning more calories. The same routine will result in less calorie burn over time.
