5 Ways to Mentally Feel Like a Badass

1. Get Over People’s Sh*t Right Now

Stop dragging out arguments or disagreements and just get over negative conversations or altercations with people as quickly as possible. By holding on to these insignificant events, you’re wasting precious time and mental energy. The sooner you let things go, the better. Just get over people’s sh*t immediately and don’t look back.

2. Get Off Your Lazy Ass & Do It

The old saying “I’ll just start tomorrow” never works and never happens. Set your goals today and start knocking them out today, not tomorrow, not Monday, not on New Year’s. Those last 10 lbs aren’t going to fall off magically so quit reading this post and get your lazy ass off the couch and start making sh*t happen. The more you can get done, the better you will feel.

3. If You Don’t Go All In You’re Wasting Time

Give at least 110% to everything you do. If you don’t, you’re just wasting my time. Seriously, if you want to skate through life by doing the bare minimum, expect to be in the same position 5 years from now. Whether you’re working out, eating right or anything else in between, give it all you have or don’t try at all.

4. Expect To Fail

The most successful people in life have failed multiple times. Failure is what gets you to the next level. Don’t go into things with the mindset that you will fail, rather, just understand that if you fail it’s not the end of the world. Learn from your mistakes instead of dwelling and crying about them. No one wants to hear you b*tch.

5. Positive Affirmations Never Work

Some people believe that if they repeatedly tell themselves that they are the best then they will somehow become the best. This is a total crock of sh*t. Instead of spending your energy on positive affirmations start working towards making a difference and start today.
