Meal prep tips from yours truly:
• Baggies are your best friend!!!
They take up so much less space than Tupperware and get the same job down. Yes, it may be a bit messy at times but I will take that over getting off track.
• Bake large amounts of something all at once.
Like chicken breasts, or sweet potatoes, etc. Most of the time, you can make a large amount of the staples each week and then just switch out little things to make it a different meal.
• Never be caught without a snack.
Hunger can strike at any moment and you must be prepared for these moments, in all seriousness. Bring a cheese stick, bag of mixed nuts, or an apple. All of those are better than a snack out of a vending machine.
• But how will I keep my food cold?
