Lazy Day Circuits Workout!

Today I woke up with every intention of going to the gym.

After a weekend filled with sweets and treats, I knew I had to do some sort of physical exercise today.

I worked out legs yesterday, which meant today just had to be a quick and easy shoulders/triceps day.

In and out in 45 minutes.

But no, I simply could NOT get myself into the car.

No gym? No problem.

I designed a quick and uncomplicated circuit workout so I could remain indoors and in the comfort of my own home (PLUS you don't even need to wear gym clothes, TEEHEE). I call this one "Lazy Day Circuits" for the sole reason that it's quick....but it's most definitely not easy.

It will make you sweat. This I swear.

All you'll need:

• Yourself
• A water bottle
• Sneakers (Don’t do this barefoot, especially if you have tile floors! You need the extra little cushion and stability from a sneaker.)
• Yoga mat or something of that sort for exercises on the ground. Can omit if you’re on carpet.
• Music because who enjoys working out in silence?

Lazy Day Circuits

4 Rounds of Each Circuit. Little to no rest between exercises. 1-2 minute rest between circuits.

Circuit One:

30 Seconds Knee Highs

12 Burpees

10 Plank Up-Up Down Downs (going from forearm to straight arm in plank position, one arm at a time)

Circuit Two:

30 Seconds Butt-Kicks

12 Push-Ups

30 Seconds Mountain Climbers

Circuit Three:

30 Seconds Jumping Jacks

20 V-Up Crunches

1 Minute Plank Hold

Get up and get after it!
