If you’re anything like me, the thought of eating a 1⁄2 cup of oats, as well as 8 egg whites, 3 whole eggs and a handful of spinach sounds all but impossible. You want gains, right? Don’t answer that. We all do. Allow the muscle chef an opportunity to make this huge meal. prepped and devoured, in less than 10-mins.
• 1 cup of liquid egg whites
• 3 whole eggs
• 1/4 c. water
• 1 cup ice
• 1/2 c. oats (I don’t use the packs of oats... sodium is too high)
• 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter or almond butter
• 1/4 c. blueberries
• 1 scoop of flavored bcaas (branch chain amino acids)
• 1 handful of spinach
The Ninja Blender
In blender (I use The Ninja), add all the ingredients together.
I prefer adding the egg whites and eggs first.
This allows the oats and the rest of the ingredients to mix better.
Blend for about 35 seconds and... voila! A hearty breakfast complete with plenty of protein, clean carbs, fruits and veggies.
Better yet, it only took a few minutes to make and even less time to eat/drink.
