What if I told you there was ONE THING you could do everyday to appreciate “this wild and precious life” more than ever before.
What if you could shift your perspective from what you don’t, what’s wrong, what’s troubling you, to what’s right, what’s good, and what makes you enjoy your brief time on earth.

What if it took just five to ten minutes per day. I’m not talking about flossing your teeth, or some weirdo exercise routine.
I first learned about it from the wise man Zach Even-Esh over at UndergroundStrengthCoach.com.
I went ahead and bought a couple on his request, one for me and one for my fiancé. I’ve taken the challenge and written in it 4 out of 5 days since I’ve had it.
It doesn’t take more than a few minutes per day, and I can tell you it has drastically changed my perspective for the better, ever so slightly, each day.
• Rather than stressed, overworked and overwhelmed, focused on my obligations, and problems,
• It has me happier, less stressed, more present, more grateful and open to the opportunities and highlights of the day.
• It asks a few simple questions of you each day.
• Simple, straightforward, nothing fancy or too involved, too heavy or woo-woo.
These questions, over the course of each day, week and month help with your creativity and positivity.
These simple questions have helped to train my brain to look for solutions rather than focus on the problem.
I expect better outcomes and whether or not they happen, I’m able to see the opportunity in each situation.
I’m going to keep up with the habit of the everyday journal, and I suggest you get it started as soon as you can.
