Whether you admit it or not, you train for something.
You train to be faster, stronger, lighter, heavier, fitter or more attractive. But, I can guarantee you rarely train for one of the most important parts of your life...
Wouldn’t it be great if you could throw in a few simple exercises into your training sessions that will make your partner (literally) scream with excitement?

Core Stability is really important for good sex. The stronger the position, and the more control you have over torso, the more positions you can get into.
This is one for the men, and the women, because you can just never have too much core stability.
This is a little more female-orientated.
But, for getting your pelvis in the right place for real clitoris stimulation, this is an impeccable exercise.
• Derived from Yoga, this allows you to feel how to control your pelvis and align yourself properly.
• It’s also great for your Pelvis Floor Muscle, which, when strong, will blow your man’s mind.
This exercise is total-body, but with a focus on one main part: your grip.
Now, of course, this comes down to personal preference.
• But, ladies (and gentlemen), can't we all benefit from being a little stronger and tighter in this department?
