6 Celebrity Body Parts… And How They Got Them

As fantastic as it might seem to be a celebrity, the reality is that it’s no picnic having your life/body/family scrutinized, watched and often times imitated.

Yes creepy as it may seem, many thousands of dollars are spent every year by those who want to look like their favorite celebrity and they will stop at nothing to be the mini-me to Kim Kardashian or Justin Bieber.

Most celebrities take it all in stride and get a good laugh at the surgery wanna-be’s.

But, let’s take it down a notch from crazy, put away the knife and needles, and pick up some good advice and workouts to get that famous body part we’ve dreamed of having!

Here is my list of 6 celebrities with the most amazing and noteworthy body parts.   

1. Halle Berry - Legs

Halle has been named the Most Beautiful Woman by People Magazine 11 times and we can see why.

Having turned 48 this year, Ms Berry is look more amazing than she has ever looked. Her body is a beautiful mix of leanness, muscle and feminine curves. The spotlight body part?…you guessed it…

Halle’s legs are quite possibly the most beautiful set of gams in Hollywood!

And here is Halle’s lower body workout routine:

  •  Cardio warm-up five minutes before every workout
  •  Jump squats (25 reps)
  •  Mountain climbers (25 reps)
  •  Dumbbell Stiff-Legged Deadlift (25 reps)
  • Skater’s Lunges (25 reps)
  • Dumbbell Lateral Flexion / Extension (25 reps)
  • Supermans (25 reps)
  • Cardio cool-down five minutes after every workout

2. Gwen Stefani - Abs

“No Doubt” Gwen has an amazing stomach and even with three kids and at 45 years old, she has somehow turned back time on that incredible mid-section.

There is no secret: you just have to eat healthy, work out, and torture yourself!” Stefani said in the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar.

Here is how you too can get rock hard abs like Ms. Stefani!

Gunnar Perterson, Stefani trainer says that Stefani trains her core:

“She lays on her back on a fitness ball with her legs in front, making a bridge. Then she holds a medicine ball behind her head, by her right ear. Then she curls her body up and brings the ball diagonally across to her left knee.”

For abs like Gwen’s, you have to repeat the exercise on the same side 8-12 times. Then swap over, taking the medicine ball by your left ear and bringing it to your right knee.

For peak performance, repeat the whole exercise three times.

3. Cameron Diaz – Shoulders/Arms

At 42, Cameron Diaz has proved to the world that age is but a number and your body is your temple.

In her book The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body”, she attributes her stellar body to healthy eating and a strong focus on fitness.

I think her greatest feature is her strong sculpted shoulder and arms.

She has been able to create beautiful muscle definition without it being too masculine and veiny….yeah I know most of you don’t like that on a women. She has mastered that fine line and we thank her!

Diaz suggests that you complete 12 to 15 reps of each move, max. If you can do more, you should add more weight.

  • Triceps Dips
  • Dumbbell kickbacks
  • Bicep curls

4. Hugh Jackman – Chest

What can I say about Hugh Jackman that you don’t already know?

And to pick one feature was a feat in itself.

But if I had to just pick one, it would have to be his chest.

Beneath the follicle jungle of man hair, lies a 46 year old chest of perfection.

By 2017 we will have 17 years of Wolverine with an X Men release in 2016 and a Wolverine movie in late 2017 and I’m certain that famous chest will take center stage once again.

Here is how you can sculpt a chest worthy of Wolverine status yourself:

  • Barbell Bench Press 3 sets 8 to 12 reps
  • Incline bench 4 sets 8 to 12 reps
  • Dumbbell flies 3 sets 12 to 15 reps
  • Weighted dips 2sets 10 to 15 reps

5. Charlie Hunnam – Glutes aka BUTT

Now that Sons of Anarchy is over, there is a hole in the hearts of many women who enjoyed those precious sneak peeks of the now famous rear end.
  • He played Jax Teller on the show
  • He has already signed a six movie deal playing King Arthur,
  • He is the new face of a Calvin Klein ad campaign
  • And he’s headlining a new movie called “Crimson Peak”

…all of which we suspect which will show a little more skin.

When it comes to his workouts, Hunnam told People Magazine, “I work out more for the mental than the physical aspect. I can get slightly dark when I'm not keeping a routine. It's all about feeling healthy and energetic”.

Charlie doesn’t spend a lot of time in the gym and has a simple routine, "I go into the gym and do

  • 75 pull-ups,
  • 75 dips,
  • 150 squats,
  • 150 pushups,
  • and then 20 minutes of ab work, and done.

It takes an hour; I'm in and out. I sweat the whole time,” he says.

6. Chris Hemsworth – Biceps

Chris is best known for his uber-jacked physique for his role as Thor and in Snow White and the Huntsman.

He had to pack on quite a bit of muscle for his role as Thor and we’d have to agree that very few actors have been able to pack on that amount of mass with such zeal and success as Chris.

His biceps have been the talk of Hollywood and I guarantee a good number of the wanna-be muscle heads in the gym have his picture forever etched into their brains. 

So here is our ode to the bicep God with his workout fit for kings.

  • Dumbbell row 4 sets 12 reps
  • Hammer strength two arm row 4 sets 12 reps
  • Pushup 5 sets 20 reps
  • Pullup 5 sets 15
  • Weighted dip 4 sets 10 reps
  • Cable fly 4 sets 12 reps

Without a doubt these guys and ladies worked hard for those sexy curves and bulges. And for that they should be admired, followed and their momma’s given an award for great genes, too!
