10 Minute Workout You Can Take Anywhere

You don’t always have a lot of time in the gym.

In fact, most people don’t have a lot of time for anything anymore.

Although I highly believe exercise and taking care of your body are top priorities, if it’s just not possible for you right now to work out for 45 minutes to an hour, I KNOW you’ve got at least 10 minutes to commit to improving yourself!

So, in this article I’m going to show you how to make the most of

Just.  Ten.  Minutes.

  • You can do this workout at home.
  • You can do it at the gym.
  • You can do it wherever.

This is one of my favorite workouts…

It’s fun, fast and only requires a few pieces of equipment:

  • A Deck Of Cards

All the cards. Even the Jokers.

  • A Timer

Set yourself 10 minutes on your phone.

  • Whatever Weights You Have

This can be done all bodyweight-based, all dumbbell-based, or all barbell based.

The Deck Of Cards Workout

Step One: Assign The Exercises

Choose yourself five different exercises based on what you have.

I’ll stick to Bodyweight for now.

Then, assign these to a suit like this:

Spades: Push Ups

Clubs: Pull Ups

Diamonds: Lunges

Hearts: Box Jumps (or use a park bench or even a dining room table - see below!)

Jokers: 400-Meter Sprint

Now, whenever you draw a card from your shuffled deck, you’ll know what to do.

For example – the 10 of Diamonds would be 10x Lunges. Kings are 13. Queens are 12. Jacks are 11.

Aces are a 30 second rest.

Step Two: Set A Timer

Set your timer for however long you want to train for. If you only have 10 minutes, set that as your time.

Then start drawing cards from your deck and go to work on them. Keep taking cards until the timer is up.

Step Three: Don’t Get Mad

This workout can be insanely frustrating which actually makes it’s pretty fun.

You probably will draw 8, 9 and 10 of the same suit consecutively…

And then find all your Aces at the back of the pack.
