Whey to Go: Protein-Packed Mini Snacks to Keep You Going

These power-packed super snacks will top off your tank and keep you going! Try them before or after a workout for an energy boost, as an afternoon snack with a cup of green tea, or as a quick bite at bedtime to tide you over until breakfast.

You can use two teaspoons to portion the dough, then roll it by hand to form small balls. I like to use a small (2 teaspoon) cookie scoop so I know my portions are uniform.

Store these in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If you’d like to keep them longer, just freeze them and thaw what you plan to eat.
