For many amateur athletes from a wide array of sports, the Arnold Sports Festival is the culmination of years of hard work and carefully structured training. For the professional competitors of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB), it's one of the year's biggest competitions. Only the strongest and most dedicated competitors make it onstage to battle with the best.

We have gathered our favorite moments and laid them out for you. Enjoy!

1. Eddie Hall Deadlift

For those of you that missed the Arnold Classic 2016 this year, you really passed on a dosey. With Kai Greene, Brandon Hendrickson, and India Paulino all placing first in their respective divisions, it was an exciting weekend to say the least. But besides the posing, there were also some incredible feats of strength to be seen. Arnold watched the deadlifting competition from close by and ultimately Eddie Hall took the show. Breaking the world Record and deadlifting 1,026 lbs, Eddie Hall earned the respect of Arnold and the crowd by pulling through, virtually jerking his way through the lift.

Check out Eddie Hall as Arnold coaches him through this record breaking feat.

2. Kai Greene Epic Winning Posing Routine

The men’s open competition was a truly epic battle – mostly between Cedric McMillan and Kai Greene. An early pre judging put many Kai believers into doubt. Could he actually be taken down by Cedric? All of these fears were put to rest later that night the moment Kai stepped onto the stage for his posing routine. Like a blast of energy, Kai Greene completely blew the competition out of the water with posing that was not only spot on, but also very original.

Now you can relive it all in this video. Watch and be amazed.

3. Harold Kelley Wins Inaugural Arnold Classic Pro Wheelchair

Harold Kelley of Grand Prairie, Texas, continued his dominance of the sport of professional wheelchair bodybuilding when he won the inaugural Arnold Classic Pro Wheelchair at the 2016 Arnold Sports Festival. Kelley has won four straight pro wheelchair contests and eight of the nine professional wheelchair contests held since the division was awarded pro status by the IFBB Pro League in 2011. wheelchair pic

4. Garey Faulkner

Every year at the fan expo, all sorts of crazy clothing, costumes hairdos and more can be found as people walk around from booth to booth checking out the supplements, equipment and  the latest fitness gadgets the vendors are promoting.  Last year we got to meet Garey Faulkner, an Ohio native who is the fan face of professional sports in the state due to his incredible beard and outrageous face and head painting he does for the various sporting events. Garey brought his incredi-beard to the expo again this year and he didn’t disappoint the fans. Garey Faulkner Updated pic

The 2016 Arnold Sports Festival will again feature more than 900 booths of the latest in sports equipment, apparel and nutrition and a stage that hosts unique, non-stop competitions and entertainment that combine to make the Arnold Fitness EXPO the heart of the Arnold Sports Festival. MuscleTech was one our favorites, showcasing one of their most loved products, Nitro-Tech, which features 3 formulas; power, ripped, and nighttime. It’s clear how MuscleTech appreciate their fans, offering them a chance to win a year's supply of Nitro-Tech and an iPad Mini.muscletech updated pic
