Do you take 10,000 steps a day? You Should!

According to Michael Roizen of the Cleveland Clinic, walking 10,000 steps per day can decrease you chances of chronic illness like diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic syndromes.

"If you look at it, if everyone did just 10,000 steps a day in America we would probably decrease healthcare budget by $500 billion a year and that shows how few people actually do it, and two how big a reduction in chronic disease we’d have if more did."

Go out, get your self a pedometer or fitness tracker, and get to stepping.
