Worried you eat to much? Don't worry, there is plenty of food you can eat without limitations and keep the figure you want. These 15 foods are low cal and packed with fiber.

Get Your Popcorn Ready

It doesn't have to be just for the movies you know. Just hold off of the butter and sugar, and you will only be consuming about 31 calories per serving.

Celery

Not much to worry about here. Celery consists of about 95% water, and can help you lose weight, as well as detoxify your body.

Eggplant

Not only packed with flavor, but if you stay away from the oil, it's only 24 calories per saving. Well at that rate, maybe just a drop or two of oil won't hurt.

Oranges, Grapefruits, and Tangerines

Fruits are high in sugar and carbohydrates, and usually not recommended for weight loss. But, citrus fruits are rich in fiber, flavonoids, and vitamin C, which will help your digestion, liver, and skin.

Melon and Watermelon

Melons can help you get rid of excess liquid from your body, and at 60-70 calories a slice, feel free to go to town.

With barely any calories to count, this trio should be your best friend in your fight against weight gain.
