Return Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with GetYourFit.com. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.

Open products are non-refundable.

Please contact support@getyourfit.com for any returns with the following information:

Upon submission of Return, GetYourFit.com will provide an RA # within 48 hours. It is required that the you mark the outside of returned boxes with the RA #; Packages without RA #’s clearly marked on packages will be refused. Customer will mail package back to the shipping address found on the package.

All returns must be mailed within 45 days from when you received RA #.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or end-user dissatisfaction. GetYourFit.com will provide shipping labels for items shipped incorrectly (i.e., wrong item delivered), defective or damaged items, or products that arrive after the expiration date.

In the event of missing products, GetYourFit.com must be contacted within 24 hours.

No COD returns will be accepted.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all end user returns.

Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in a resalable condition.

Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned.

No Cash refunds given on returns.
